In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can change or return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt.
Necessary conditions for changes and returns
- All products must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of exchange and return.
- That the period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product has not passed.

In the case of a defective product, you should contact us within two (2) days on the telephone numbers 210 8019962, 210 8013921 or by email at [email protected] in order to address the issue and proceed with the repair of the product or its replacement or refund your money as the case may be. If no defect is found after our inspection, it will be returned at the buyer’s expense.
In the event that the product you ordered is defective, you can either replace it or get a refund. If you wish to replace it, this will be done by us free of charge. Otherwise, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment of your order, i.e. if you paid by card then the amount will be returned to your card. The refund in any way will be done within 15 days. In case of payment of the amount to a bank other than the company’s partners, you will be charged the bank costs.
Changes or returns are not made on products that are made to special order in your own dimensions such as carpets, rugs to measure.
